We delight in houses;  their design, their construction, and their relationship to the built environment.  As a custom home builder serving the Richmond region, we are grateful for the opportunity to renovate and build houses that will last for future generations.  We take this responsibility seriously, and with each project we try our very best to leave each home and each neighborhood even better than before.

CLIENTS OF SPRUCE

“Working with the Spruce team was an absolute pleasure. We bought our house at auction, which required a 30 day close. We contacted Jordan the day before and he rearranged his schedule at the last minute to help. Jordan was beyond helpful with determining a fair offer, renovation budget, architectural plans, working with the bank, etc.. We couldn't have done it (or kept our sanity) without someone guiding us along the way. Jordan's consultative approach helped us design our dream home while also being realistic about cost and return on investment whenever we decide to sell. Once construction started we met Micheal who led the entire project. He made sure everything was perfect during construction and after we moved in. If we were ever worried or skeptical about making something work, Michael was reassuring and made it happen. The team truly treated the project like it was their own house and budget. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.” -Marc & Britni Antonelli

"While we knew that renovating an older house was both possible and exciting, it is still a daunting task.  However, with Spruce, we were not as anxious.  We saw Spruce's work, and it was clear that Jordan and Carey know what they are doing.  We appreciated their attention to detail and quality.  Spruce brought that eye for detail and quality to our house in a such a way that the renovation is seamless and maintains the original appeal of the house.  They helped make our vision a reality for what is now our family's forever home."    -Chris & Nancy Jo Kantner

"Working with Spruce was a dream. Not only is Jordan extremely talented, he's genuine, honest and a joy to work with. Friends constantly asked us why we weren't more stressed considering we were in the middle of a whole-home renovation, yet the answer was always the same: Spruce makes the process so easy and enjoyable that there is little to stress over. From construction questions to design questions, Jordan expertly guided us through every step. And to prove it, we are now living in our custom built home that turned out even more beautiful than we imagined!"       -Chris & Amy Kerns
