rachel graduated from virginia tech in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in public relations and a minor in real estate. as spruce's selections coordinator, rachel works closely with clients throughout the custom homebuilding process, helping them stay organized, make informed decisions, and bring their vision to life with careful attention to detail. she values the relationships she builds along the way and enjoys being part of creating homes that are as unique as the families who live in them.

originally from northern virginia, rachel now calls richmond’s fan district home and has quickly embraced the city’s vibrant neighborhoods, thriving restaurant scene, and strong sense of community. she loves spending time with her golden retriever, rosie, hiking along the river, taking pilates classes, trying new recipes, exploring richmond’s local restaurants, and making memories with friends and family.
