jordan is the owner and founder of spruce construction.  he earned a bachelor of arts degree in landscape architecture from virginia tech and a master of business administration from the university of richmond robins school of business.  jordan has worked for over two decades in many facets of the construction, development, and real estate industries, from site planning to design, building construction, property management, sales, and land development.  he is a licensed realtor and class a contractor, a member of virginia ceos, a member of nahb builder 20, richmond hbar, and an active member of his church and children’s school communities.  

jordan lives in goochland with his wife, carey, and three children. he enjoys spending time working around his home, refining his pizza-making skills, driving his 1976 land cruiser, traveling, playing guitar, golfing, and fishing. he is incredibly grateful to serve the richmond and northern neck communities as a craftsman and custom builder.
