Our clients had a dream: To walk their kids to school. With one specific neighborhood in mind, we helped them find a fixer-upper with loads of potential. We facilitated meetings with an architect and helped the clients step-by-step with their custom interior selections. Our whole-home renovation includes a first-floor addition to make room for the downstairs master bath and closet, and a pool and pool house. With a new kitchen, new bluestone terrace, new mudroom, all new bathrooms, and pretty much new everything, our clients couldn't be happier. The result is a custom home with tons of character and charm, yet upgraded amenities for this family's modern lifestyle in the location they love. And, everyday they get to walk their kids to school.
