HISTORIC FAN ROWHOUSE
Working on an historic row house in Richmond's Fan District is truly a privilege. This three bedroom, one and a half bathroom home was in bad shape and needed a full renovation. Our team was excited for the challenge.
We kept with a traditional design scheme, which included period fixtures, classic hexagon tile, classic subway tile, and classic hardware. All original hardwoods were preserved and all original trim and doors were left intact. Our renovation work included the addition of a full bathroom upstairs. The finished product is a three bed, two and half bath upgraded townhome in the beloved Fan District, only a short walk or bike ride to the best restaurants, stores, and businesses that RVA has to offer.
