GRACE STREET COLONIAL
This unique home was a foreclosure in a great location in Richmond near St. Mary's Hospital. It had fallen into disrepair and needed a full renovation from top to bottom. We saw potential in the tri-level floor plan, and began with the goal of adding a bathroom and opening up all living areas for greater flow.
In addition to adding a bathroom, we replaced all flooring, updated all mechanical systems, replaced siding, roof, windows, and decking. We updated the kitchens and bathrooms with stylish cabinets, counters, hardware, tile, paint and fixtures.
