We love a good house story, and this one doesn’t disappoint. This home was owned by twin sisters who, upon their passing, asked that the home be auctioned with proceeds to benefit the Richmond SPCA (read the neat story here). Our clients were the lucky winners and set out with a grand vision for making this house a modern home for their growing family. Located in an excellent area of Richmond, this home required an entire renovation from top to bottom with an addition on the rear.
The result is a bright, open, gorgeous home with all the best design touches. We know the twin sisters would be proud, and the animals of the SPCA are happy, too.
