When a young couple approached us about renovating the home they had just purchased, we jumped at the chance to start planning for a whole-home renovation.  Unbeknownst to the couple, the house had some serious structural defects and the renovation wouldn't be possible.  We consulted with structural engineers and determined the best decision was to tear the house down and build new.

The result is a beautiful cottage on a lovely Near West End street.  With an open floor plan, fresh white kitchen, hardwoods, and stylish bathrooms, the home is an excellent example of how a new build can seamlessly blend into an older neighborhood without compromising style or modern functionality.
