dylan is spruce’s cost estimator, bringing more than 13 years of experience in both residential and commercial construction. a virginia tech graduate with a degree in construction engineering and management, he develops detailed project estimates while collaborating with clients, architects, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure each project starts on a strong foundation. outside of work, dylan enjoys hiking, camping, live music, home improvement projects, and spending time exploring the outdoors with his dog, sophie.
