jordan hutchins is the founder of spruce construction.  He has a ba in landscape architecture from virginia tech’s college of architecture and an mea from the university of richmond’s robins school of business.  he has worked for over 20 years in all areas of the construction industry, from site planning to design, construction, sales, and development.  he is a licensed realtor and class a contractor, a member of virginia ceos, the hear builder 20 group, and an active member of his church and childrens’ school communities.  

jordan lives in goochland with his wife, carey, and three children. he enjoys spending time with his family, working on projects around his home, refining his pizza-making skills, driving his 1976 Land Cruiser, traveling, playing guitar, golfing, and fishing.
