Jordan Hutchins is the founder of Spruce Construction.  He has a BA in Landscape Architecture from Virginia Tech and MBA from the University of Richmond Robins school of business.  He has worked for 22 years in all areas of the construction industry, from site planning to design, construction, sales, and development.  He is a licensed Realtor and Class A Contractor, a member of Virginia CEOs, HBAR builder 20, and an active member of his church and childrens’ school communities.  

Jordan lives in goochland with his wife, carey, and three children, Caroline, sam, and Stella. He enjoys spending time working around his home, refining his pizza-making skills, driving his 1976 Land Cruiser, traveling, playing guitar, golfing, and fishing.
