carey is a project coordinator in design, marketing, and development for spruce.  he has a ba in public and urban affairs from virginia tech's college of architecture.  she has worked as an urban planner in the public sector and in land acquisition in the construction industry.  as a mom, carey is accustomed to wearing many hats, often volunteering in her childrens’ school communities, at church, and backstage for theatre productions in costuming and props.

carey lives in goochland with her husband, jordan, and their three kids. she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, loves watching great movies, baking, or traveling.  she also loves fishing, skiing, needlepointing and antiquing
