christi mcfadden is the selections manager for spruce. she has a bs in systems engineering with a management concentration from the university of virginia. her background has been in operations and financial leadership in various businesses in the richmond area for over 20 years. she has a knack for tracking the myriad of details and decisions behind the scenes in order to deliver a quality product and fantastic experience for our clients.

christi enjoys being outdoors with her family, relaxing on her porch with good food, and attending as many stand-up comedy shows as possible.
