We delight in houses;  their design, their construction, and their relationship to the greater urban fabric.  And, we love Richmond.   We are grateful for the opportunity to revitalize RVA's neighborhoods house by house, preserving them for future generations.  We take this responsibility seriously, and with each project we try our very best to leave the house (and the neighborhood) even better than before.

CLIENTS OF SPRUCE

"While we knew that renovating an older house was both possible and exciting, it is still a daunting task.  However, with Spruce, we were not as anxious.  We saw Spruce's work, and it was clear that Jordan and Carey know what they are doing.  We appreciated their attention to detail and quality.  Spruce brought that eye for detail and quality to our house in a such a way that the renovation is seamless and maintains the original appeal of the house.  They helped make our vision a reality for what is now our family's forever home."    -Chris & Nancy Jo Kantner

"Working with Spruce was a dream. Not only is Jordan extremely talented, he's genuine, honest and a joy to work with. Friends constantly asked us why we weren't more stressed considering we were in the middle of a whole-home renovation, yet the answer was always the same: Spruce makes the process so easy and enjoyable that there is little to stress over. From construction questions to design questions, Jordan expertly guided us through every step. And to prove it, we are now living in our custom built home that turned out even more beautiful than we imagined!"       -Chris & Amy Kerns
